Experienced Grader Operator – MRWA & Council Maintenance (Mid West, WA) Exciting opportunity for skilled grader operators on Main Roads WA and Local Government maintenance projects in the Mid West region We’re seeking highly experienced grader operators to join our maintenance team working with brand new John Deere 670GP graders equipped with joystick controls on MRWA and council road maintenance programs. About the Role This is a long‑term maintenance opportunity across MRWA and Local Government projects offering excellent conditions, top‑quality accommodation, and competitive rates. You’ll be operating state‑of‑the‑art equipment where quality workmanship and safety are priorities. Location Mid West, WA Mobilization FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton Hours 12‑hour shifts Roster To be confirmed based on project requirements What You’ll Need Essential Minimum 2–3 years’ proven grading experience (maintenance and/or final trim) Grader certificate of competency and/or demonstrated relevant experience Hands‑on experience with John Deere joystick controls Proficiency with TopCon GPS systems and Total Station (essential requirement) Current White Card Valid WA Driver’s License Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices Reliable work history with contactable references from recent employers Highly Regarded Main Roads WA or Local Government maintenance experience Additional plant operator tickets Proven track record confirmed by recent employer references What We Offer Competitive hourly rates based on experience and capability Secure long‑term employment on maintenance contracts Professional team environment FIFO/DIDO flexibility Job Type Casual Pay From $ per hour Ability to commute / relocate Geraldton WA Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
