Receptionist Join Regency Pacific Management as a Receptionist in Bellevue, WA. This part‑time position (10‑hour shifts, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) starts at $30,000‑$55,000 per year. Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office, resident room, or area. Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately. Provide clerical support to all departments, including responding to email inquiries. Monitor visitor access and maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel, residents, and management matters. Respect resident dignity and promote resident rights. Secure doors in the evening and patrol the grounds. Qualifications Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with others. Interest in working with the elderly population. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Able to stand, lift (up to 30 pounds unassisted), bend, stoop, push, pull, and twist.
