It features a top‑floor private dining & events space, a ground‑floor sushi bar and a basement restaurant. About Lucas Collective Formerly Lucas Restaurants, Lucas Collective is a founder‑owned hospitality collective led by restaurateur Chris Lucas. It encompasses acclaimed brands such as Chin Chіn, Maison Batârd, Society, Grill Americano, Yakimono, Hawker Hall and many more. The Opportunity You will work in a high‑end restaurant environment, serving guests with passion and knowledge of food & wine. The role includes managing a section of 6–7 tables, carrying plates, and assisting with runner duties when required. Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 years experience as Section Waitstaff in a premium venue Can confidently handle a section of 6–7 tables Ability to carry three plates is advantageous Runners should be willing to learn and have a positive attitude Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed Strong work ethic and a “can do†attitude Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day‑to‑day operations Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills Willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Must hold an RSA certificate Working with Lucas Collective We champion growth, celebrate talent and offer an inclusive, inspiring culture.
