About the Opportunity: We are looking for the industry’s finest Section Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in‑class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high‑end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Minimum 1 years experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue Must be able to carry three plates Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations Adaptable and able to multi‑task effectively Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day‑to‑day operations Excellent attention to detail and time management Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays A valid RSA certificate Working with Lucas Collective: At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
