About the Opportunity : Join the team of Maison Bâtard and work with talented chefs. This is a great opportunity for Chefs de Partie to experience a new venue opening. Work closely with senior chefs and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency of your section. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic and prestigious kitchen. The Ideal Candidate Must Have : Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high‑end restaurant French cuisine experience advantageous Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure Team oriented and strong communication skills A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards Eye for detail and strong time management Knowledge food safety standards Genuine interest in the day-to‑day operations Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Working with Lucas Restaurants : We exist to see our team succeed.
