Security Systems Analyst & Administrator Join V/Line as a Security Systems Analyst & Administrator. V/Line’s purpose is to connect Victorians through safe, reliable, and accessible transport. As the Security Systems Analyst & Administrator, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s Operational Group and will develop strategies for collecting, analysing, and disseminating physical asset security insight for the business and government agencies. Key Accountabilities Implement integrated business intelligence, providing a holistic view of safety, security and performance impacts, and assist in the development of solutions. Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports based on the analysis of investigations and incidents. Ensure that data is relevant, appropriate and shared in a timely manner with the relevant stakeholders. Maintain and administer security databases such as the V/Line Access Control System and Security Incident Reporting System, providing advice and training. Provide administration support for several security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, etc.) and projects to improve security across the network. About You You will hold prior experience in security system administration, working with incident management systems and possess strong incident investigation and report writing skills. Analysing data, mapping and reporting, and providing recommendations for process improvement is a crucial part of this role. Experience with daily reporting. Strong attention to detail; uploading network control documentation into doc hub. Demonstrated stakeholder management. Analytical reporting and data intelligence. Demonstrated experience using and navigating Power BI software. Aligned with V/Line’s confidentiality requirements.
