We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Position Overview The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing incoming leads, conducting follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong organisational abilities. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls from potential clients, provide product/service information, and qualify leads. Send sales emails and calls to prospective and existing clients. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales opportunities. Schedule and attend sales meetings with clients (in-person or virtual) alongside the sales team or independently. Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and supporting documents. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports. Support the team with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Experience working with CRM systems. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients.
