About the role Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost‑effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims. Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries. Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management. Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.
