1st to 3rd Year Roof Plumbing Apprenticeship The Opportunity Our client Rubiks Roofing is seeking a motivated 1stto 3rd year Roof Plumbing Apprentice to join their growing team in the Toowoomba Region . Rubiks Roofing is a trusted name in residential and commercial roofing solutions across South East Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to complete your Roof Plumbing qualification CPC32620 Certificate III in Roof Plumbing while gaining experience with a skilled team across a diverse range of roofing projects in the region. In this role, you'll develop essential roofing and plumbing skills while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. You'll learn to install and repair metal roofing systems, guttering and roof drainage components using industry-standard tools and techniques. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll gain experienceinterpreting plans and specifications, preparing job sites, and following safety protocols. Key Duties Include: Measuring, cutting, and installing metal roof sheeting to specification Fitting gutters, downpipes, flashings, and stormwater systems Assisting with the installation of roof drainage components, wall cladding, skylights, and roof ventilators Preparing job sites by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and supporting the completion of safety documentation (under supervision) Supporting the installation of metal roofing, guttering, and associated works under the guidance of the leading hand and qualified roofers Following all site safety procedures and actively participating in toolbox talks and risk assessments Assisting in packing down and cleaning up work sites upon project completion Participating in on-the-job training and fulfilling off-site apprenticeship study requirements to progress your formal roof plumbing qualification Full timecontract including paid annual and personal leave Access to 1:1 mentoring The chance to learn from experienced tradespeople Opportunity to access Governmentsubsidy payments of up to a total of $5000 for the first 2 years of your apprenticeship paid in6 monthly instalments About You Currently enrolled as a 1stto 3rd year Roof Plumbing apprentice Genuinely interested in the roofing and construction industry Willing to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments Physically fit and capable of manual labour Committed to safety and following site procedures Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team punctual, dependable and takes pride in their work Holds a current White Card Possesses a current driver's licence and reliable transport (Manual Licence) Apply Now Whether you're in your 1st or 3rd year of your Roof Plumbing Apprenticeship, this is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced roofing professionals and continue building your skills on a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
