Commercial Lead | Utilities - **Key responsibilities:**· Lead the evaluation and mitigation of commercial risks across project consortia and venture structures while ensuring adherence to corporate governance requirements and contractual commitments.· Define and maintain risk management frameworks specific to the project and joint venture arrangements, with a focus on ensuring compliance with corporate requirements.· Work with UGL Legal to ensure corporate governance requirements are met and appropriate executive engagement on project commercial status is undertaken.· Maintain compliance with sponsor targets, SPV obligations, and regulatory or venture-specific legal requirements.· Work with UGL Legal to ensure corporate governance requirements are met and appropriate executive engagement on project commercial status is undertaken.· Detailed knowledge of the Bid process for large scale PPP including Competitive RFP to commitment deed and financial close.· Ideally knowledge in the electrician transmission and distribution environment· Have detailed experience in risk identification, management and mitigation in multi stakeholder environments· Demonstrated experience in delivering high value complex lifecycle asset projects over long concession periods – full process covering inception to completion.· Private health insurance offers, wellness program and discounts· Education assistanceWe welcome applicants of all backgrounds and abilities.
