About this Unique role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reece Plumbing branch in Broome as a Retail Assistant, with the potential to be appointed into a leadership role with accelerated training consisting of tailored programs and initiatives (i.e., shadow training at multiple metro sites with senior leaders, expediting Reece specific systems training). The successful candidate will initially be offered a very competitive hourly rate (significantly higher than the standard rate) with a pathway and eligibility to the Reece Profit Share program once in the leadership role. Please note this role may also be entitled to a Remote allowance as well. Retail Assistants are known as a Trade Counter Assistant at Reece and as part of the team in Broome, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
