Key Responsibilities: Educational Leader Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture ofcollaboration andcontinuous improvement . Guide the development, planning, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF) andNational Quality Standards (NQS) . Build strong relationships with families, children, and external agencies to enhance the learning environment. Essential Qualifications: For Educational Leader role: Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education , or an equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA. A current Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one. First Aid Certificate , including training in asthma and anaphylaxis. A strong understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF) andNational Quality Standards (NQS) . Proven ability toplan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs tailored to individual children's needs. Leadership skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of educators (Educational Leader). Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues. A commitment to professional growth and reflection. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within Early Childhood settings (Educational Leader). Experience working in a service that caters to diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
