Our vision is simple — to create food made with heart, served with grace, and prepared with excellence. We are now seeking a skilled Lebanese Pizza Baker (Manoush Maker) to join our growing team and help us deliver authentic, high-quality products daily. About the Role We’re looking for someone experienced in manoush and Lebanese dough preparation , who understands the craft of baking from start to finish — from dough fermentation to topping preparation and oven management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the kitchen’s manoush section, manage ingredient prep and supplier coordination, and ensure consistency, quality, and speed during busy morning service. Key Responsibilities Prepare, portion, and proof dough for manoush, lahm bi ajeen, and other Lebanese flatbreads. Mix ingredients accurately and maintain consistency in dough texture and fermentation. Prepare toppings daily (zaatar, cheese, mince mix, labneh, vegetables, etc.). Operate and maintain bakery ovens (deck or conveyor) to ensure perfect bake results. Liaise with ingredient suppliers and maintain proper stock levels. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organisation. Contribute positively to the team culture built on excellence, humility, and integrity. Skills & Experience Proven experience in Lebanese bakery or pizzeria (manoush or flatbread production). Skilled in dough preparation, fermentation, and handling. Experience with food suppliers and topping preparation. Strong time management and ability to work under pressure. Food Safety Certificate preferred.
