Melbourne Disability Services – Dandenong VIC Melbourne Disability Services are seeking an experienced & dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team on full-time, part-time or casual basis. The Position As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high quality support to NDIS participants, helping them live a fulfilling and meaningful life. You will assist clients to build independence, engage in daily living activities, and achieve their personal goals within their home and community environments. Skills, Experience and Qualifications At least 2 year experience as a Disability Support Worker Experience in supporting participants with behaviour of concerns and/or complex medical needs Knowledge of epilepsy, anaphylaxis and manual handling First Aid with CPR NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Good written and spoken English Drivers license and reliable vehicle Benefits Attractive pay rate Work close to home with regular weekly clients Work with a supportive and reputable company Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle Melbourne Disability Services are a registered NDIS service provider that supports people living with disabilities to strive for excellence and achieve success through a person-centred & strengths-based approach.
