About the Role We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Scaffolders of Intermediate and Advanced levels for upcoming projects in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-profile projects in the region. Key Responsibilities: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications. Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working condition. Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Who we want to hear from Minimum 2 years’ proven experience within relevant discipline Previous experience within the mining & resources industry or similar Applicable High-Risk Work License Current Working at Heights and Confined Space (less than 2 years old) Hold a nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card) Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen What We Offer Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $44.56-$47.25 (qualification/experience and project dependent) Standard working week of 40 – 60 hours, 8 - 12 hours per day with additional penalty rates for overtime, weekend and public holiday work (site and project dependent) Opportunities for career development and training A supportive and inclusive work environment The chance to work on diverse and exciting projects in the Northern Territory About us Altrad is a trusted provider of expert construction and integrated maintenance solutions across Australia, with a strong track record across key sectors such as energy, mining, utilities, and defence.
