About the Role Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers. The Nursing Unit Manager role is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centred care and nursing excellence at unit/ward level. Ideal Candidate Current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). Extensive post registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary/district health care facility. Demonstrated proficient problem solving skills and experience Performance Development.
