We are seeking Dari, Persian (Farsi), Rohingya or Khmer speaking Disability Support Workers ( please mention in your resume ) to join our multicultural NDIS team. Applicants who can communicate confidently in one or more of these languages are strongly encouraged to apply. You’ll be supporting clients from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) backgrounds to promote independence, wellbeing and participation. About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and committed Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants living in South-East Melbourne. You’ll be working closely with participants to help them live independently and achieve their goals. Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or relevant field Current First Aid and CPR certification NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (WWCC) Police clearance Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle Right to work in Australia Ready to work with both male and female participants Ready to work with short notice Proficiency in Khmer, Dari, Persian, Farsi or Rohingya to effectively communicate with participants who speak these languages.
