Reception & Administration Officer – Smile On Clinics Wamberal Full-Time | Central Coast NSW Join the heart of our operations Smile On Clinics' Wamberal Headquarters is the central hub of our growing dental group — home to our head office, operating theatres, consult rooms, training spaces, and the teams that keep everything moving. We're looking for a friendly, organised and dependable Reception & Administration Officer to support our front desk and assist our head office team with essential day‑to‑day tasks. If you take pride in being organised, dependable, and steady when things get busy, you'll thrive in this role. About the Role In this position, you will be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, visitors and staff arriving at HQ. You'll also support our admin and management teams with a range of administrative duties to keep the organisation running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, clinicians, visitors and staff into the clinic Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries Assist communication between reception, clinical teams and admin teams Prepare basic documents, correspondence and internal forms Maintain accurate information and update records as directed Support meeting coordination, including greeting attendees and preparing rooms Monitor stock levels for reception and common areas Maintain clean, tidy and organised reception and admin spaces Provide general administrative support across head office as required About You Friendly and confident in communicating with all types of people Reliable, steady and able to stay calm during busy periods Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track Comfortable learning new systems and processes Positive, helpful attitude and willingness to support the wider team Previous reception or administration experience preferred (health or dental experience a bonus but not essential) Australian work rights are required for this position Minimum 1‑2 years of reception or administration experience is required Why You'll Love Working With Us Modern, purpose‑built headquarters in Wamberal Supportive team environment with strong leadership A role with real variety — no two days are the same Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression Be part of a respected, growing dental group with multiple locations About Smile On Clinics Smile On Clinics is a leading network of dental practices across NSW, QLD and WA, known for exceptional patient care, modern dentistry and a supportive team culture.
