We’re growing our Marketing & Social Media Engagement Team and are seeking talented and driven individuals to join us to lead and execute creative campaigns that strengthen our brand presence, engage patients and clinicians, and showcase our practices as trusted leaders in oral health care. About the Role This full-time, office-based role is located at our Wamberal Head Office on the NSW Central Coast. We have multiple positions available across different experience levels, including junior, experienced, and leadership-focused roles. It’s a dynamic and hands‑on position responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising marketing and social media strategies across multiple practices and digital platforms. You will work closely with our executive and practice teams to ensure consistent, on‑brand communication that enhances patient engagement, clinician visibility, and community trust. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement group‑wide marketing strategies and practice‑specific campaigns to drive patient growth and retention. Manage and grow Smile On Clinics’ digital presence, including social media channels, website content, SEO, and Google reviews. Create engaging written and visual content for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Coordinate design and production of promotional materials – digital, print, and in‑practice collateral. Plan and deliver paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and local media platforms. Collaborate with practice managers and clinicians to promote services, events, and community initiatives. Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI using analytics tools. Uphold brand standards across all platforms and ensure compliance with AHPRA advertising guidelines. About You You are a creative, hands‑on marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. You combine strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for connecting with people through authentic storytelling. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with attention to tone, audience, and brand voice. Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns end‑to‑end. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or similar design tools. Experience with social media scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards. Excellent organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Highly Regarded: Previous experience in healthcare, dental, or multi‑site service industries. Understanding of AHPRA marketing and advertising compliance requirements. Skills in photography, videography, and video editing. Experience with CRM, EDM, and automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot). Why Join Smile On Clinics?
