Recruitment Resourcer - Blue Collar Electrical - Sydney Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency in Australia. Founded in February 2016 in Sydney, we have offices in the NSW Central Coast, Perth and Brisbane. We work in all states in Australia and have grown to a team of 26 internal staff. We ranked 7th in the ‘Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2018', and more recently 5th in the 'Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2020' We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our head office team in Sydney and help take our business to the next level This role is a full-time position, responsible for 180 recruitment resourcing of Blue Collar Electrical contractors within Sydney's Electrical Construction Sector. There will be immediate roles to work and comes with the advantage of working alongside a high performing Blue‑Collar team, as well as reporting into the Sydney Director with a significant network in the construction industry. This role would suit an ambitious hands‑on recruiter who is excited about the challenge of contributing to a growing team with exciting targets Key Duties and responsibilities Support professionals in advancing their careers within electrical trades and engineering Proactively develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified electrical candidates Position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner and consultant within the electrical industry What you need Years full‑time work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or A Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in a related field, and two years full‑time post‑qualification work Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT skills Valid driving license What’s in it for you Commission: We believe our commission structure is the best around, getting you to 50% of billings as quickly as possible Genuine career progression: You will be joining our business in a senior position with a clear pathway to directorship.
