What you'll do Be a Trusted Advisor and Partner : Delve deep into the intricacies of TELUS Health, offering expert advice on talent strategies and crafting innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region. Become an Expert in Your Field : Source exceptional candidates, drive seamless selection processes, and provide invaluable market insights. Champion Customer Experience : Ensure every hiring leader and candidate embarks on an exceptional hiring journey, leaving a lasting positive impression. Promote Our Culture : Cultivate and nurture relationships internally and externally, embodying our core values and culture. Educate and Influence : Lead the charge in ensuring that your client group fully embraces and adheres to the Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes, maintaining alignment with best practices. Extensive Recruitment Experience : 5+ years of recruitment in large corporate environments and ideally supporting health related portfolios. Educational Background : Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience. Global Scope : Experience in recruiting across the APAC region will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse talent pool.
