Operations & Logistics Coordinator (3 days/week) Operations & Logistics Coordinator - Permanent Part‑Time (3 Days per Week) PennyGranny™ is a fast‑growing company specialising in the hire of high‑quality portable buildings across Queensland, NSW and Victoria. We are seeking a practical, fast‑thinking individual who enjoys variety in their role and thrives in a hands‑on, solutions‑focused environment. About the Role This is a part‑time position (3 days per week) ideal for someone with strong logistics capability, and experience in commercial hire or rental operations. You will also take a lead role in coordinating and overseeing remedial works on hired buildings, ensuring our clients receive a consistently high‑quality experience. You’ll play a key role in managing our portable building rentals , ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for delivery, pick‑up, and relocation of portable buildings. Liaise with clients, builders, insurance companies, and contractors. Manage basic accounts tasks including invoicing and hire extensions. Assist with commercial hire agreements and documentation. Oversee and schedule remedial or maintenance work, ensuring timely completion. Maintain accurate records and job tracking in our internal systems. Support the team with general operations and problem‑solving when needed. About You Practical, quick‑thinking, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations coordination, hire, rentals is highly valued. Experience using Zoho (Inventory, Books, or CRM) is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with contractors and clients. Comfortable overseeing remedial or maintenance works. Reliable, organised, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment.
