Warehouse & Logistics Lead (4 Days/Week) FoodSt Frenchs Forest, New South Wales, Australia Company Description FoodSt is an Australian business delivering premium, handmade, frozen meals from 26 world cuisines across Australia. All meals are made with care by accredited local cooks, providing an opportunity for skilled cooks to share their meals and earn an income. We are growing quickly and need a capable, calm, hands‑on Warehouse & Logistics Lead to help keep our operations running smoothly as we scale. The Role As our Warehouse & Logistics Lead, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day warehouse operations while managing one team member and coordinating with our cooks, couriers, and internal teams. You’ll also help strengthen simple systems across stock, labelling, dispatch, and freezer organisation. This is a hands‑on role in a small team environment. Day‑to‑day operations Lead all warehouse activity across receiving, storage, freezer organisation, and dispatch Manage inbound cook deliveries and batch details Oversee and hands‑on with daily pick‑pack and courier dispatch Keep packaging, labels, and consumables stocked and organised Maintain a safe, clean, well‑structured warehouse Leadership Manage and support our Warehouse Assistant Train casual staff during peak periods (e.g., Christmas) Logistics & Systems Improve simple warehouse processes and SOPs Support batch tracking and labelling flow Help optimise cook pickup routes or hub points Monitor courier issues and maintain clear communication About you You’re someone who: Has 3+ years’ experience in food warehousing, cold chain, or FMCG operations Is comfortable managing 1–5 people in a hands‑on environment Enjoys keeping things organised, predictable, and accurate Works calmly under pressure and communicates clearly Likes improving systems without overcomplicating things Is reliable, down to earth and practical Is interested in working at a fast paced scaling business where changes are inevitable (and exciting) Purpose‑led business supporting local cooks and families Real autonomy day to day A warm, collaborative team Ability to shape warehouse operations as we grow Work close to home on the Northern Beaches No corporate layers, just meaningful work in a growing company Hours 4 days/week Additional hours may be required during peak periods with notice.
