We specialise in premium timber doors, jambs, and cavity sliding door systems, supplying builders, developers, and homeowners Australia-wide. We're known for our high-quality products, expert advice, and genuine service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly and supportive team. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast‑paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone, email, and in‑person sales enquiries Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers Support builders, tradespeople, and retail customers with product selection Work closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on leads About You Experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer service (building materials or hardware industry preferred) Minimum 3 years of internal sales or customer service experience is required Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail with good computer skills (experience with quoting/order systems a bonus) A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required What We Offer On‑the‑job product training and ongoing support Great team culture in a growing Australian company Opportunities for career development and advancement About AMS Doors Timber and Hardware PTY LTD Milperra, NSW, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
