Ballarat Grammar is one of regional Australia’s leading co‑educational schools with a proud history dating back to 1877 and a flourishing community of over 1,900 students from 6 months to Year 12, including around 260 boarders. Part‑time (0.8 FTE), ongoing position To commence February 2026 We are seeking a passionate individual to proactively lead the School’s health and safety requirements, to ensure compliance and best practice. Key Selection Criteria Extensive experience in a similar risk management or health and safety setting. Extensive knowledge of risk management principles, gained from experience in successfully coordinating a risk and OH&S management function within a medium to large organisation. Extensive knowledge of Australian Risk Management Standards and relevant legislation and regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to prepare procedures and plans, and to communicate with a wide range of people. Capable of managing projects and tasks independently from initiation through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Strong organisational and administrative skills, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise workflow. Application Process Applications are to be submitted via the Ballarat Grammar Employment Portal.
