Role Purpose Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful five‑star hotel? We have the opportunity to welcome a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold, and bursting with energy to Crystalbrook Vincent. Responsibilities and Skills You will be team centric and enjoy working towards common goals. You have previous hotel guest service experience. With strong IT and process experience – you will have strong attention to detail and be familiar with Opera (PMS). A working knowledge of Brisbane with an enthusiasm for local tourism will be useful. An availability to work across a 7‑day roster – evenings and nights included. You will be motivated to provide the best guest experience possible.
