The People Business Partner plays a crucial role in delivering the people agenda across multiple brands in the Country Road Group. Reporting to the Head of People – Support Centre, you will partner with brand leaders to enable them to deliver the best people experiences for our support centre based team members.As a member of brand leadership teams, you will coach and guide business leaders and provide practical solutions and advice which empowers them to effectively lead their team. You will also collaborate with the wider people team and build strong relationships across the business to provide solution-oriented outcomes.Whilst this is a 12 month parental leave cover, the business is undergoing a period of change and the people agenda is a key part of this.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with leaders at multiple levels up to and including Brand GMs to shape people solutions and deliver key people activitiesLead conversations with the business around performance, talent management, succession planning and team engagementCollaborate with other People Partners and People COEs to identify systemic opportunities and come up with solutions.
