The Home Finance Specialist will : Identify / Discover customers long and short‑term financial goals / strategies and provide product or advisory solutions to enable the customer to create and manage their financial goals. Participate in the effective delivery of Auswide’s products and services by developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers. Develop and maintain successful business relationships with referral partners. Achieve outstanding service level standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain the external network of sales leads. Qualifications and Experience At least five years experience in a position that directly relates to the sales and relationship functions. Have a broad knowledge about the range of home loan products available in the lending industry and their characteristics. Knowledge of relevant economic environment including the business cycle and market factors and inflation. Understand Real Estate terms and concepts (e.g. Land Titles).
