Chief Cybersecurity Practice Head (CCSPH) Cyber Consultancy $200k - $220k + Super Sydney – Hybrid Our client is a leading consultancy in the security space across the Australian cyber landscape specializing in protecting their partners and extensive client base from ongoing cyber threats. Their most ambitious project yet is the development of an industry-first AI-based Cybersecurity platform. Role The Chief Cybersecurity Practice Head (CCSPH) is a critical leader in achieving commercial outcomes for the organisation by defining the technical and strategic cybersecurity direction of the company in order to achieve product/market fit for our target market segments. This role emphasises technical expertise in cybersecurity, focusing on driving commercial outcomes across all product and service lines, innovation, strategic guidance according to market trends and competition, leading product development across all practices, pricing and input to the development of their cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities Commercial Leadership Strategic Leadership Team Leadership AI Cyber Platform Development Collaboration Innovation and Research Technical Advisory and Advocacy Client Engagement and High-Level Consulting Risk Management and Technical Oversight R&D Collaboration Reports and collaborates with the Founder and CEO Qualifications Extensive experience and expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in technical leadership and innovation and CISO roles. Demonstrated experience in platform development and strategic project management. A strong visionary with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successful team collaboration and innovation. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats and technologies.
