Airside Operations Supervisor – Sydney Airport IBI International Logistics – Sydney Airport NSW Airside Operations Supervisor – Sydney Airport Part‑Time | Minimum 24 Hours Per Week | Competitive hourly rates + penalties IBI International Logistics is a global leader in high‑value secure logistics. We are seeking a reliable and professional Airside Operations Supervisor to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, high‑trust environment and is confident managing secure airside operations. About the Role This is a part‑time position offering a minimum of 24 hours per week, based on a fixed roster of Wednesday to Friday – 0500 to 1300. Additional hours available based on operational demand, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for the custodial handling, escorting and administration associated with valuable cargo as it moves through the airport environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform custodial responsibilities for inbound and outbound movements of valuable cargo Complete lodgement tasks and airport administrative duties relating to secure cargo movements Manage airside processes in compliance with aviation security and IBI operational procedures Liaise with airline, airport and cargo terminal stakeholders to facilitate smooth handovers Maintain accurate records, manifests and custody documentation Communicate clearly with internal teams to support timely and secure operations What We’re Looking For Airside credentials essential – current ASIC and CAT II ADA (or eligibility to obtain both) Prior experience in airport, secure logistics or security operations is highly regarded Strong communication and problem‑solving skills High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail Ability to work early mornings and take on additional shifts as required Capacity to work early mornings and take on additional shifts as required What We Offer Fixed roster, plus evening, weekend and public holiday penalty rates Stable, guaranteed hours with additional shifts available Full, ongoing training Supportive, close‑knit team environment Work with a trusted specialist in high‑value global logistics How to Apply If you’re looking for a stable role with meaningful responsibility in a secure and reputable business, we’d love to hear from you.
