UGL Port Hedland, Western Australia, Australia About The Role UGL is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support operations at a well‑established LNG plant in Darwin, NT. The role will commence on site ASAP and a local Darwin resident will work a 5/2 roster. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems. Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance tasks. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. Use SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans. Focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget adherence in all planning and scheduling activities. Qualifications Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification. Proficient in the use of CMMS. Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. Strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget. 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
