As a full-time sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and continuing to deliver the exceptional customer service that our branch is known for. What you'll be doing Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements. Present our comprehensive range of products and services, ensuring clients are informed and empowered to make the best purchasing decisions. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the internal sales team to identify and capitalize on new market trends and sales leads. Reporting to the Branch Manager of trends and customer feedback. What we're looking for The candidate is preferred to have 2-3 years of sales experience. Fastening knowledge is welcome, as is any trade background and experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills to overcome objections and close sales. Motivated self‑starter with a keen interest in the sales process and a desire to exceed targets. Proficient in keeping log entries of client interactions and order taking. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
