Join to apply for the EPMO Coordinator role at Engineers Australia Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr About the role As the EPMO Coordinator, you will ensure effective delivery and governance across Engineers Australia’s project portfolio by supporting alignment with the Delivery Assurance Framework, EPMO standards, and governance processes. You will provide coordination and operational support to the Head of EPMO and project teams, driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement to strengthen project operations and support EA in achieving its strategic outcomes. Location Flexible with a preference for Canberra In this role you will: Ensure project governance and compliance by applying EA frameworks, preparing required documentation, and supporting assurance and steering committee processes. Monitor and highlight emerging risks, issues, and dependencies across the Annual Plan to the Head of EPMO. Partner with Business Analysts to embed consistent project management standards, tools, and frameworks across EA. Support project managers with delivery assurance, maintaining documentation, governance packs, and providing guidance on EPMO processes. Manage monthly reporting cycles, maintain key registers (portfolio, actions, decisions), and escalate variances, risks, or issues as required. Identify process improvements and contribute to capability building and overall EPMO maturity uplift. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience in project coordination, project support, or PMO/portfolio governance, with strong understanding of PMO frameworks and project management standards. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation, registers, and governance materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging stakeholders and preparing clear reports and governance packs.
