Smash Repair Production Manager/Estimator

Omega Noosaville Auto Body Repairs is seeking a skilled and experienced Smash Repair Production Manager/Estimator to join our team in Noosaville, Queensland. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the operations and success of our respected automotive repair business. What you’ll be doing Effectively manage the production flow and workflow of the smash repair workshop Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repair work to both insurance companies and customers Liaise with customers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and quality repairs Oversee the work completed by the technicians and ensure all jobs are delivered to the highest standard Monitor stock levels and order parts as required to minimise downtime Assist with the training and development of the repair team Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years’ experience in a smash repair production management or estimating role Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair methodologies, and the latest technologies Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with customers and insurers Proven ability to manage workflow, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop the repair team Proficient in using estimating software, Autoquote, Audanet, Ntar, and other relevant industry tools Qualifications in Automotive Smash Repair or a related field would be highly regarded What we offer At Omega Noosaville Auto Body Repairs, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
