A leading utilities organisation is looking for a strong technology leader to lead and support the development team who are currently engaged in a well-established future-driven program of work.

Your new role

You will be working as part of an engaging and highly focused team, leading and supporting this technical team with problem-solving ability and technical acumen. The team consists of 4 developers who complete detailed design, build and test enterprise application integrations. You will also be leading and consulting with internal stakeholders to gain commitment and support for control system programs and projects currently being delivered.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have extensive experience in the utilities sector working within a large delivery program, and an enterprise governance environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, providing innovative solutions to emerging challenges.Professional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, being able to collaborate with multiple teams and engage and influence management and stakeholders for positive outcomes.Working closely with key stakeholders and business system functional administrators, providing document functional test scenarios, plans, end-user acceptance testing criteria, and determining deployment and training schedules.Highly advantageous but not essential; Schneider ADMS Ecostruxure, GE Smallworld GIS, Common Information Model (CIM)What you'll get in return
