What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and delivering cadastral and engineering survey projects from field to final output Conducting fieldwork, calculations, data processing and project oversight Supporting the Survey Manager with planning, resourcing and staff mentoring Building positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders Contributing to a collaborative team culture that values growth and shared success What You Bring: Degree in spatial science and current registration with the QLD Surveyors Board Cadastral endorsement in Queensland (or ability to transfer from another state or NZ) Minimum 5 years’ experience across diverse surveying projects Strong project management, communication and mentoring skills Experience with Trimble instruments and 12D software highly regarded Enthusiastic, team‑first approach with a passion for quality and outcomes Right to work in Australia (RPS does not offer sponsorship) Why Join RPS in Cairns?
