Education Delivery Lead

This role focuses on delivering and evolving a contemporary and innovative education program for members, partnering with the Member Engagement, Education and Advice (MEEA) teams to uplift and deliver a best-in-class education experience in the superannuation and financial services industry. Your New Role The Education Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering and contributing to evolving a contemporary and innovative education program for members. The role will partner across Member Engagement, Education and Advice (MEEA) teams to uplift and deliver an education experience that aspires to be best in class in the superannuation & financial services industry. This role is critical in empowering our members to make better financial decisions and achieve better outcomes to make them feel confident and in control of their retirement. In this role, you will: Deliver education to 1:many audiences that is relevant, personalised, accurate and pedagogically robust; Support members by providing education on superannuation, retirement, financial literacy and wellbeing to empower and enable them to be confident when planning for and in retirement; Support the design, development and implementation of learning solutions for various audiences; and Continually review content and update to include legislative and regulatory changes.
