About the Role: As the Head of Delivery, you are accountable for providing oversight of the delivery of all professional accounting education offerings for those wanting a career in accounting and business. You will leverage your knowledge of best educational practices to support the development of high-quality candidate feedback loops, candidate progression and retention, and just-in-time candidate support to assure candidates complete all educational offerings with high quality skills and the confidence to apply them in their workplace context. As an Organisational Leader at CPA Australia, you are responsible for leading your team and the organisation by delivering sustainable solutions and fostering a culture of belong to enable the future success of CPA Australia. Leading the strategic execution and delivery of CPA Australia's professional education programs, including the CPA Program and Foundation Pathways, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives Providing strategic oversight and leadership in managing the end-to-end learner experience for key programs and pathways, with a focus on the CPA Program and Foundation Exams Provide strategic leadership in managing high-level relationships with key external partners, ensuring these partnerships drive value for CPA Australia and align with the strategic objectives Oversee all governance frameworks and ensure all programs meet internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements Engagement with key external stakeholders, including education bodies, regulatory authorities, and professional associations to drive thought leadership and ensure CPA Australia's programs remain industry leading. Design and embed learner-centric support models, including guided learning pathways and personalised interventions Provide ongoing PD opportunities for educators to ensure effective delivery of new curriculum and assessment formats Collaborate with finance teams to develop and oversee strategic budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support program growth and operational sustainability About You: You will come to us with a deep understanding of education delivery frameworks, accreditation processes, and learning management systems, as well as Demonstrated broad business experience within a global operation, preferably in a member based or professional services organization Demonstrated experience in a senior education leadership role, preferably within a professional association, higher education, or voctional education environment Understanding of educational compliance, moderation, and assessment integrity frameworks. Proven ability to translate pedagogical theory into scalable, practical delivery models for professional learners. Knowledge of digital learning environments, including learning management systems (LMS), analytics, and blended delivery models.
