About the Role TOT Transport is seeking an experienced and motivated Division Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Western Australia as we expand our footprint. Based in Perth, this management role is responsible for operational performance, customer service, team mentoring and leadership, safety, compliance and process improvement. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Division Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our Western Australia operations run smoothly, our people are supported, and our customers receive the outstanding service TOT is known for. You will manage a team of Transport Supervisors, lead a contractor workforce, oversee operational KPIs, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead daily operational performance to meet customer KPIs, SLAs and DIFOT targets Oversee allocations, scheduling, route optimisation and improvements to fleet efficiency Conduct site visits, route rides and compliance checks, providing coaching and support to drivers and supervisors Manage contractor performance, including recruitment, onboarding, inductions and ongoing development Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure consistent service excellence Attend customer meetings, manage account performance and support customer audits Ensure delivery requirements, customer policies and legislative obligations are met Effectively manage WHS, COR and compliance standards across the division Review and investigate WHS incidents, oversee corrective actions and drive Ensure all driver and vehicle compliance requirements are current and accurate Prepare and provide daily reporting to the National Operations Manager and clients where required Lead, coach and develop your Operations team including the Transport Supervisors Facilitate team meetings, PDPs, and support ongoing training and professional development Manage workloads, performance, priorities and operational workflows to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Qualifications Minimum 5 years Transport industry experience with proven operational leadership experience Strong working knowledge of COR legislation, WHS and transport compliance Experience managing contractors, drivers and operational teams Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, TMS systems and operational tools The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong timely communication, logical thought processing, ability to problem solve Proactive approach, positive attitude with the mindset of growing Western Australia operations Current and valid Driver’s Licence with own reliable transport Strong coordination, planning and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make sound operational decisions Benefits Career progression opportunities within a rapidly growing national business Supportive and people‑focused team culture Team building events and engagement activities Competitive salary + annual bonus incentives Opportunity to influence and lead operational performance To apply please submit your CV and a coverletter.
