About the Opportunity We're seeking a Treasury & Risk Analyst to manage Qube's financial health while contributing to continuous improvement in processes and reporting. This role offers flexible hybrid work options and the chance to shape the Treasury & Risk function in our rapidly expanding organisation. You'll work in a hands‑on, collaborative environment where accuracy and timeliness are valued. What You’ll Do Manage Group liquidity and funding requirements across multiple programs Execute foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programs per treasury policy Prepare monthly treasury Board reports and budget forecasts with variance analysis Develop cash flow forecasts with key drivers and root cause analysis Prepare hedge accounting documentation (AASB 9) and statutory accounts Manage bank guarantee issuance and maintain efficient transactional banking structures Ensure compliance with debt funding programs and financial covenants Collaborate with business units on financial risk mitigation strategies What We’re Looking For CPA or CA qualification 5+ years similar experience in large multi‑divisional companies ASX corporate treasury or Big 4 audit background highly regarded Experience executing hedging programs Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with sound business acumen Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Why Choose Qube With over 10,000 employees across 200+ locations in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, we offer genuine career growth opportunities within a supportive, high‑performance culture.
