We are seeking an innovative and solutions-focused Electrical Engineer, a newly created role in our Asset Reliability & Maintenance team. About the Role You will be responsible for the design, planning, maintenance, and compliance of electrical and instrumentation infrastructure systems that support the efficient running of our Beverley Plant. You will provide strong governance to multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable solutions across our project lifecycle. Design, develop, analyse, and improve electrical drawings, specifications, control systems and component performance. Optimise high voltage distribution and wellfield electrical design. Conduct testing, troubleshooting and performance evaluations. Project manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors. About You You are a Chartered Engineering professional, with tertiary qualifications in Engineering majoring in Electrical / Mechatronics or Electronics. You will bring proven experience in leading complex projects, high-voltage systems, electrical safety, and troubleshooting advanced control systems. Your deep knowledge of mining electrical regulations and standards, combined with your ability to craft practical solutions, sets you apart. With a collaborative style, personable nature and creative thinking, you challenge the status quo and deliver results. Chartered Engineering professional in Electrical / Mechatronics or Electronics. Proven experience leading complex high-voltage projects and electrical safety. Strong analytical skills and practical problem‑solving ability. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
