Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React Native / Azure) - Enterprise Platforms We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with deep experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms, ideally within financial services, registry, or enterprise data systems. This is a senior, hands‑on technical leadership role for an engineer passionate about architecture, performance engineering, and modern multi‑platform application development. Requirements Overview Lead end‑to‑end design and development of enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Core, React Native, and Azure Cloud services Architect secure, compliant, and high‑availability solutions aligned to regulated industries such as banking and financial services Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless front‑end and back‑end integration Drive engineering excellence across React Native mobile applications and .NET/Azure‑based backend services Champion code quality, automation, testing coverage, and performance optimisation Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices across Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, cloud‑native engineering, and DevOps culture Participate in architectural reviews, solution design sessions, and platform road‑mapping discussions Technical Knowledge 8+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, including strong expertise in React Native, .NET Core, and Azure Proven delivery of React Native mobile applications integrated into enterprise ecosystems Strong experience building secure, data‑driven platforms, with exposure to banking, financial services, or registry systems highly valued Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, event‑driven architecture, authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT), and mobile‑backend integration patterns Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Key Vault, and cloud‑native observability Nice to have exposure to AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation for hybrid or multi‑cloud environments Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend deployments, including Bitrise, App Center, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar Strong capabilities in performance tuning, observability, and reliability engineering Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineers and influence architectural direction #J-18808-Ljbffr
