Project Manager Randstad Australia Join a leading national construction company that is setting a new benchmark for industry culture and project delivery. Our client has a strong reputation with their client and subcontractor base and a diverse portfolio delivering large new build developments across Industrial, Commercial and defence sectors with an additional fit‑out and refurb arm. Due to continued project wins with repeat clients the team is now looking to appoint a standout Project Manager to join the new build division, however we are looking for the right person, not the first one. Key Responsibilities Managing the overall success of the project and performance of the project team Supporting the coordination and execution of industrial warehouse projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Driving the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike Client and stakeholder engagement Experience & Qualifications Required Demonstrated experience delivering projects for the head contractor in Australia, delivering projects $20m+ as a Project Manager or Senior CA Experience and confidence in collaboratively working with your Site Manager to manage large site teams Ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively Experience utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar Trade or tertiary qualification in construction 7+ years in the commercial construction industry What We Offer Market rate remuneration Immediate start available for suitable candidates Experience and capability based salary packages Office parking and Brisbane based projects Join a well established construction team with positive cash flow and secured pipelines of work across a diverse portfolio How to Apply Apply directly via the link below For a confidential chat about this role please call Reuben Lennon on At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
