About the Role The Manager Registry Production plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the effective delivery of registry services, ensuring operational excellence, legislative compliance, and high team performance. This position is responsible for building workforce capability, driving service delivery outcomes, and contributing to strategic projects and reforms. As a key representative of the organisation, the Manager Registry Production engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including financial institutions; legal, property and survey professionals; and the broader community. Position Outcomes / Accountabilities Accountable for achievements of established corporate objectives including the formulation and implementation of local business plans. Represents own work area with external stakeholders and effectively manages feedback. Identifies and responds to new and emerging strategic issues impacting on the operating environment. Provides authoritative expert advice on complex issues within own area. Initiates and manages negotiations with peers (internal and external to work unit) to gain commitment to projects, and delivery of activities to meet timelines. Key Selection Criteria The DTP is seeking an accomplished leader to manage and develop high-performing teams, translating organisational strategy into workforce plans and fostering staff growth through coaching, delegation, and capability development. The role requires a future-focused mindset, leveraging innovative technologies and planning to ensure organisational readiness, while building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience Excellent knowledge of LRS legislation, policies and practices and government reform agenda (desirable). Proven experience in managing large high performing teams (desirable).
