About The Role This person will directly report to the Contracts Supervisor and Manager and will be responsible for managing work completion within a key client contract. Menzies has several P / T roles available waiting for the right people. Being willing and able to pass a National Police Check and as well as a WWCC. Competitive Pay. Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract. Complete work / periodical work to a satisfactory standard as per the specifications and compliance within the Contract. Implementing and managing a successful outcome to achieve contractual KPIs. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability. Skills / Experience Required Driver's licence. Strong organisational skills. Good project management. Carpet steam cleaning. Floor scrubbing. Strip and resealing of floors. Use of cleaning machinery / tools. Personal Attributes Strong outcome focus. Self-starter.
