As part of a small, dedicated team, you’ll contribute to delivering best-practice care that prioritises dignity, comfort, and individual choice. Role We’re seeking a professional who is passionate about holistic, person-centred care and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive team, making a real difference in the lives of those facing life-limiting illness. Responsibilities Support home visits to patients and their families, assessing conditions and needs for supports and reporting back to the specialist team. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure timely response to requests for support and assess response to interventions. Maintain excellent communication and documentation skills. Salary $106,570 to $112,440 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. Additional allowances may be available: Post Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type. Benefits Travel and relocation assistance up to $15,000 for overseas appointees and $10,000 for interstate. Professional development and accelerated pathways. Leave entitlements including study leave and Professional Development Support. Fitness Passport – access to 40+ fitness facilities across Tasmania for $14.50 per week per person or $28.05 for a family. Eligibility Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse. Current Driver’s Licence. Desirable: Holds or is working towards relevant post graduate qualifications.
