About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources / Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Speers Point, NSW , with occasional travel required. This role is perfect for someone passionate about employee wellbeing, supporting compliance, and building a positive, people‑first workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, and onboarding Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures Support training and staff development initiatives Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle Respond to employee queries and support issue resolution Contribute to HR and compliance projects and continuous improvement efforts Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance processes Excellent organisational and time management skills Clear and confident written and verbal communication Friendly, approachable, and aligned with our people‑first values Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms Requirements (or Willingness to Obtain Before Starting) Full working rights in Australia Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You To Apply Please submit your application through SEEK , including: Your resume A response to the selection criteria For more information, please contact April on *** . #J-18808-Ljbffr
