Lead by our People and Culture Manager and directly reporting to one of our Human Resource Business Partners, you’ll be stepping into a role where your ideas matter and your impact is visible. You’ll be hands on across a number of HR activities in this true generalist role. From offering clear and confident advice on Council’s Enterprise Agreement and other related industrial instruments to participating in industrial matters and supporting the HR Business Partner in workplace investigations or other HR matters. You’ll also be managing and improving our employee systems and generating and maintaining accurate and reliable workforce information and reporting. Our People & Culture team is made up of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Workplace Culture, with your direct Human Resources team encompassing 2 x HR Advisors and 2 x HR Business Partners. This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement such as Flexi-time Base Salary Range: $77,355 - $91,003 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace If you’re curious about the full scope of the role (and there’s plenty to get excited about), you can explore the key responsibilities in the Position Description – view the position description. You’ll also take ownership of our HRIS (Cornerstone), ensuring our workforce data is accurate, meaningful and ready to inform great decision‑making.
