Lead by our People and Culture Manager and directly reporting to one of our Human Resource Business Partners, you’ll be stepping into a role where your ideas matter and your impact is visible. You’ll be hands on across a number of HR activities in this true generalist role. From offering clear and confident advice on Council’s Enterprise Agreement and other related industrial instruments to participating in industrial matters and supporting the HR Business Partner in workplace investigations or other HR matters. You’ll also be managing and improving our employee systems and generating and maintaining accurate and reliable workforce information and reporting. Our People & Culture team is made up of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Workplace Culture, with your direct Human Resources team encompassing 2 x HR Advisors and 2 x HR Business Partners.
