Board Pro Pty Ltd is a Plaster, External Cladding, Insulation and Wrap business with branches in Pakenham and Truganina. Board Pro manages its own product transport for the supply and install to new homes across Victoria. About the Role As an experienced Warehouse Manager, your primary focus is to: Manage the coordination of house loads of Plasterboard, External cladding & Insulation efficiently and safely. Manage the site deliveries and ensure they are completed up to Boardpro standard in a safe and efficient manner. Manage the delivery schedule to optimise Boardpro truck utilisation and increase delivery efficiency. Manage the coordination of sundry and supply only orders efficiently and safely. Manage and liaise with material suppliers to maintain stock levels of Plasterboard, External Cladding & Insulation within the warehouse and minimise stock outages. Manage the stocktake process & authenticity as required. Effectively work with construction teams in managing the predelivery checklists to ensure effective delivery to site across all product ranges. Manage overall site to ensure it complies with housekeeping/safety expectations of Boardpro. Provide feedback on Boardpro's processes and systems to enable continuous improvement of our systems and processes. Proactively engage in and implement change management to support new product lines and variations to current SKU and/or processes/procedures. Ensure a confident leadership style & always strive for excellence. Be known as a manager that adds value within Boardpro and drives continuous improvement. Be a leader, listen to feedback, digest, and implement any change through the Warehouse/Logistic Staff. Be a great communicator, proactively encourage team environment within the warehouse and all of Boardpro. Complete weekly staff attendance sheets and manage employee leave requests in a timely manner. Ensure OHS policies and procedures are adhered to – including inductions for new starters. Report any unsafe conditions, acts or accidents, and show strong personal leadership in safety management. Document and report all safety incidents and injuries. Manage the BoardPro Pakenham heavy fleet (trucks, trailers, forklifts) to ensure all maintenance is adhered to and all vehicles are clean and a great representation of the Boardpro brand. Minimum monthly toolbox meeting with direct reports. Complete weekly reporting for all deliveries and stock movements each week. This is a hands‑on role and assisting on the warehouse floor, and delivering to site will be required as needed. A minimum of 1‑2 years of warehouse management experience is essential for this position.
