Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant – The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne Join the Ritz‑Carlton team as an Overnight In‑Room Dining Attendant on a part‑time basis. Position Summary Provide guests with exceptional dining experiences during overnight hours. Take orders, prepare trays, deliver meals, and ensure all requests are fulfilled to luxury standards. Maintain a clean and stocked in‑room dining back‑of‑house area. Assist with stocking mini‑bar items in guest rooms. Serve food and beverages, both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic, to guests. Support the food and beverage team in general operational tasks. Build relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting legendary service. About You Up‑to‑date RSA required. Previous experience in in‑room dining, food & beverage, or similar hospitality role highly desirable. Availability to work overnight shifts with strong punctuality and professionalism. Strong communication skills. Working rights in Australia. Self‑motivated, driven, and energized in a fast‑paced environment. Can‑do attitude and smart solutions.
